Best cycling paths OUTSIDE Prague??

Yo, so I’ve done the Vltava river path to Troja like 5x now. Kinda bored of it. Looking for new weekend cycle routes, maybe outside the city (reachable by train ideally).

What are your go-tos? Not a fan of heavy traffic roads, I’m more into forest/field type rides.
